apparently, you can take a horse ride to lake agnes

with a bit of sunhine and elevation, lake louise had an amazing color

on our way back to canmore, we made a short stop in the town of banff

this is an area known as "vermillion lakes" - just outside of banff

there is a local road that skirts the lakes

this is vermillion lakes on a different day with better light (shot from the highway overlook)
